SSP583X

The SSP583X series are 3-channel digital isolators using chip-scale high-voltage isolation technology withstanding 5KVrms. These devices feature low radiation, superior anti-EMI performance, high data rate and low power consumption. An enable pin places the outputs in a high-impedance state. The fail-safe mode restores outputs to the default level when the input supply is unpowered. SSP582X series is a Dual-channel digital isolator, using chip level high voltage isolation process, isolation voltage up to 5KVrms. This series of products have low radiation, excellent anti-electromagnetic interference performance, high transmission rate and low power consumption. It has fail-safe mode, which can restore the output to the default state when the input power loss. MAX13085

The MAX13085 is a half-duplex high speed transceiver for RS-485 and RS422 communication. IC contains one driver and one receiver. The MAX13085 has a fail-safe circuit. It has a slew-rate-limited driver that reduces EMI and reflection due to improperly matched terminal cables, and achieves error-free data transmission of up to 2Mbps. Each driver output and receiver input is protected against ±15kV electrostatic discharge (HBM) (ESD)shocks. The MAX13085 receiver has 1/8 unit load input impedance, allows up to 256 devices can be attached to the bus. Mainly used in RS-485/RS-422 communication system.

The MAX3085 is a half-duplex high speed transceiver for RS-485 and RS422 communication. IC contains one driver and one receiver. The MAX3085 has a fail-safe circuit, ensure logical high level of receiver output when receiver input is open or short. It can achieve error-free data transmission of up to 500kbps. The MAX3085 receiver has 1/8 unit load input impedance, allows up to 256 devices can be attached to the bus.
