MAX13085

The MAX13085 is a half-duplex high speed transceiver for RS-485 and RS422 communication. IC contains one driver and one receiver. The MAX13085 has a fail-safe circuit. It has a slew-rate-limited driver that reduces EMI and reflection due to improperly matched terminal cables, and achieves error-free data transmission of up to 2Mbps. Each driver output and receiver input is protected against ±15kV electrostatic discharge (HBM) (ESD)shocks. The MAX13085 receiver has 1/8 unit load input impedance, allows up to 256 devices can be attached to the bus. Mainly used in RS-485/RS-422 communication system.

MAX3085

The MAX3085 is a half-duplex high speed transceiver for RS-485 and RS422 communication. IC contains one driver and one receiver. The MAX3085 has a fail-safe circuit, ensure logical high level of receiver output when receiver input is open or short. It can achieve error-free data transmission of up to 500kbps. The MAX3085 receiver has 1/8 unit load input impedance, allows up to 256 devices can be attached to the bus.

SSP485

SSP485 は、RS-485 および RS422 通信用の半二重高速トランシーバです。ICにはドライバとレシーバが1つずつ搭載されています。SSP485 はフェイルセーフ回路を備えています。各ドライバ出力とレシーバ入力は、±15kVの静電気放電（HBM）（ESD）衝撃から保護されています。SSP485レシーバは、1/8ユニット負荷入力インピーダンスを持ち、最大256のデバイスをバスに接続することができます。主にRS-485/RS-422通信システムに使用されます。

SSP3485

SSP3485 は、RS-485 および RS422 通信用の半二重高速トランシーバです。ICにはドライバとレシーバが1つずつ搭載されています。SSP3485はフェイルセーフ回路を備えています。スルーレート制限ドライバを搭載しており、不適切な端子ケーブルのマッチングによるEMIや反射を低減し、最大10Mbpsのエラーフリーデータ伝送を実現します。各ドライバ出力およびレシーバ入力は、±15kVの静電気放電（HBM）（ESD）衝撃から保護されています。SSP3485レシーバは、1/8単位負荷入力インピーダンスを持ち、最大256台のデバイスをバスに接続できます。主にRS-485/RS-422通信システムに使用されます。

SSP3085

SSP3085 は、RS-485 および RS422 通信用の半二重高速トランシーバです。ICにはドライバとレシーバが1つずつ搭載されています。SSP3085はフェイルセーフ回路を備えており、レシーバ入力がオープンまたはショートのとき、レシーバ出力の論理ハイレベルを保証します。最大500kbpsのエラーフリーデータ伝送が可能です。各ドライバ出力とレシーバ入力は、±15kVの静電気放電（HBM）（ESD）衝撃から保護されています。SSP3085レシーバの入力インピーダンスは1/8単位負荷で、最大256個のデバイスをバスに接続できます。
