H9118B

The H9118B is a low-EMI, synchronous buck converter with integrated power MOSFETs. It delivers up to 2A continuous output current across a wide input voltage range with excellent load and line regulation. The H9118B uses precision-controlled switch edge technology to minimize EMI. Comprehensive protection includes programmable output over-voltage protection (OVP), constant on-time (COT) control, and thermal shutdown (TSD). H9118B is housed in a TSOT23-6 package and requires only a few external components to achieve a compact, efficient and stable power solution.
