SSP7785

The SSP7785 is a high−performance linear regulator, offering a very wide operating input voltage range of up to 450 VDC, with an output current of up to 10 mA. Ideal for high input voltage applications.

The SSP7785 family offers ±5% initial accuracy, extremely high−power supply rejection ratio and ultra−low quiescent current. The SSP7785 is optimized for high−voltage line and load transients, making this part ideal for harsh environment applications. The SSP7785 is offered in fixed output voltage options

2.7V,3.3V and 5.0V.

SSP584X

SSP584X series is a Quad-channel digital isolator, using chip level high voltage isolation process, isolation voltage up to 5KVrms. This series of products have low radiation, excellent anti-electromagnetic interference performance, high transmission rate and low power consumption; Equipped with enable pins to place the output in a high impedance state.

It has fail-safe mode, which can restore the output to the default state when the input power loss. This series of products have 4 in 0 out, 3 in 1 out, 2 in 2 out and other specifications, the specific product information, see the product selection table.

SSP721A

SSP721A is a single chip transceiver developed for Meter-Bus standard (EN1434-3、EN13757) applications.

The SSP721A interface circuit adjusts the different potentials between a slave system and the Meter-Bus master. The connection to the bus is polarity independent and supports full galvanic slave isolation with optocouplers. The circuit is supplied by the master via the bus. Therefore, this circuit offers no additional load for the slave battery. A power-fail function is integrated. The receiver has dynamic level recognition, and the transmitter has a programmable current sink. A 3.3V voltage regulator, with power reserve for a delayed switch off at bus fault, is integrated.

SSP97950

SSP97950 is a general LCD driver IC with 8COMx35SEG total output capacity of 280 bits, suitable for commonly used character/graphic LCD screens. SSP97950 support serial data interface(I2C).

SSP1120

The SSP1120 is a precision, 16-bit, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that offers many integrated features to reduce system cost and component count in applications measuring small sensor signals.

The device can perform conversions at data rates up to 2000 samples-per-second (SPS) with single-cycle settling. At 20 SPS, the digital filter offers simultaneous 50-Hz and 60-Hz rejection for noisy industrial applications. The internal PGA offers gains up to 128 V/V. This PGA makes the SSP1120 ideally suited for applications measuring small sensor signals, such as resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), thermocouples, thermistors, and bridge sensors.

Power consumption is as low as 120 µA@3.3V when operating in duty-cycle mode with the PGA disabled.

The SSP1120 is offered in a TSSOP-16 package and is specified over a temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
