SSP1606

The SSP1606 is 16-bit, simultaneous sampling, analog-to-digital data acquisition systems (DAS) with eight channels, respectively. Each part contains analog input clamp protection, a second-order antialiasing filter, a track-and-hold amplifier, a 16-bit charge redistribution successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a flexible digital filter, a 2.5V reference and reference buffer, and high speed
serial and parallel interfaces.
The SSP1606 operate from a single 5V supply and can accommodate±10V and ±5V true bipolar input signals while sampling at throughput rates up to 200kSPS for all channels. The input clamp protection circuitry can tolerate voltages up to ±16.5V. The SSP1606 has 1MΩ analog input impedance regardless of sampling frequency. The single supply operation, on-chip filtering, and high input impedance eliminate the need for driver op amps and external bipolar supplies. The SSP1606 antialiasing filter has a 3dB cutoff frequency of 22.9kHz and provides 40dB antialias rejection when sampling at 200kSPS. The flexible digital filter is pin driven, yields improvements in SNR.
SSP1220

The SSP1220 is a precision, 24-bit, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that offers many integrated features to reduce system cost and component count in applications measuring small sensor signals. The device can perform conversions at data rates up to 2000 samples-per-second (SPS) with single-cycle settling. At 20 SPS, the digital filter offers simultaneous 50-Hz and 60-Hz rejection for noisy industrial applications. The internal PGA offers gains up to 128 V/V. This PGA makes the SSP1220 ideally suited for applications measuring small sensor signals, such as resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), thermocouples, thermistors, and bridge sensors.
Power consumption is as low as 120 µA@3.3V when operating in duty cycle mode with the PGA disabled.
The SSP1220 is offered in a TSSOP-16 package and is specified over a temperature range of –40℃ to +125℃.
SSP8099

The SSP8099 is a synchronous step-up converter . It is designed for products powered by alkaline battery, NiMH rechargeable battery, Li-Mn battery or rechargeable Li-Ion battery, for which high efficiency under light load condition is critical to achieve long battery life operation.
The SSP8099 can support up to 300mA output current from 3.3V to 5V conversion, and achieve up to 90% efficiency at 200mA load.
The SSP8099 also offers both down mode and pass-through operation for different applications. In down mode, the output voltage can still be regulated at target value even when input voltage is higher than output voltage. In pass-through mode, the output voltage follows input voltage. The SSP8099 exits down mode and enters into pass-through mode when VIN > VOUT + 0.3V.
