SSP1117 is a series of low dropout three-terminal regulators with a dropout of 1.3V at 1A load current. SSP1117 features a very low standby current 2mA compared to 5mA of competitor.Other than a fixed version, Vout=1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V and 5V, SSP1117 has an adjustable version, which can provide an output voltage from 1.25 to 12V with only two external resistors. SSP1117 offers thermal shut down function, to assure the stability of chip and power system. And it uses trimming technique to guarantee output voltage accuracy within 2%. Other output voltage accuracy can be customized on demand, such as 1%.SSP1117 is available in SOT-223, TO-252 power package.
The SSP9193 series are highly accurate, low noise, CMOS LDO Voltage Regulators. Offering low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout and very fast turn-on times, the SSP9193 series is ideal for today’s cutting edge mobile phone. Internally the SSP9193 includes a reference voltage source, error amplifiers, driver transistors, current limiters and phase compensators. The SSP9193’s current limiters' feedback circuit also operates as short protection for the output current limiter. The output pin sets the output voltage by current trimming. Voltages are selectable in 100mV steps within a range of 1.2V to 3.3V. The SSP9193 series is also fully compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing cost and improving output stability. This high level of output stability is maintained even during frequent load fluctuations, due to the excellent transient response performance and high PSRR achieved across a broad range of frequencies. The EN function allows the output of regulator to be turned off, resulting in greatly reduced power consumption.
The SSP8711 is a constant frequency, 6-pin SOT23 current mode step-up converter intended for small, low power applications. The SSP8711 switches at 1.2MHz and allows the use of tiny, low cost capacitors and inductors. Internal soft-start results in small inrush current and extends battery life. The SSP8711 features automatic shifting to pulse frequency modulation mode at light loads. The SSP8711 includes under-voltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection to prevent damage in the event of an output overload.
The SSP8099 is a synchronous step-up converter . It is designed for products powered by alkaline battery, NiMH rechargeable battery, Li-Mn battery or rechargeable Li-Ion battery, for which high efficiency under light load condition is critical to achieve long battery life operation. The SSP8099 can support up to 300mA output current from 3.3V to 5V conversion, and achieve up to 90% efficiency at 200mA load. The SSP8099 also offers both down mode and pass-through operation for different applications. In down mode, the output voltage can still be regulated at target value even when input voltage is higher than output voltage. In pass-through mode, the output voltage follows input voltage. The SSP8099 exits down mode and enters into pass-through mode when VIN > VOUT + 0.3V. The SSP8099 supports true shutdown function when it is disabled, which disconnects the load from the input supply to reduce the current consumption. The SSP8099 offers both adjustable output voltage version and fixed output voltage versions. It is available in Green WLCSP-1.22×0.83-6B and TDFN-2×2-6AL packages.
SSP8023D is a bi-direction relay driver circuit, used to control the DC motor and the magnetic latching relay, with large output capability, ultra-low power consumption. It can be widely used in smart meters and other pulses, level control applications.
SSP8023A is a bi-direction relay driver circuit, used to control the DC motor and the magnetic latching relay, with large output capability, ultra-low power consumption. It can be widely used insmart meters and other pulses, level control applications.
The SSP8011 is a low-power single-key touch sensor IC. The operating mode is divided into Normal mode and Low Power mode. Button mode or Switching mode output can be choosed, and the output level mode is optional.
