The SSP8613 is the industry’s first 5-lead SOT-23 current mode DC/DC converter. Intended for small, low power applications, it operates from an input voltage as lowas 1.2V and switches at 2.0MHz, allowing the use oftiny, low cost capacitors and inductors 2mm or less in height. Its small size and high switching frequency enables the complete DC/DC converter function to take up less than 0.2 square inches of PC board area. Multiple output power supplies can now use a separate regulator for each output voltage, replacing cumbersome quasi-regulated ap-proaches using a single regulator and a custom trans-former.A constant frequency, internally compensated current mode PWM architecture results in low, predictable output noise that is easy to filter. The high voltage switch on the SSP8613 is rated at 36V, making the device ideal for boost converters up to 34V as well as for Single-Ended Primary Inductance Converter (SEPIC) and flyback designs. The device can generate 5V at up to 200mA from a 3.3V supply or 5V at 175mA from four alkaline cells in a SEPIC design. The SSP8613 is available in the 5-leadSOT-23 package.
SSP78MXX is three-terminal positive regulators. One of these regulators can deliver up to 500mA of output current. The internal limiting and thermal  shutdown features of the regulator make them essentially immune to overload. When used as a replacement for a zener diode-resist or Combination, an effective improvement in output impedance can be obtained, together with lower quiescent current.
H7606 series are a highly precise, lower consumption, 3 terminal, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage. The H7606 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error correction circuit.  The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The current limiter’s fold back circuit operates as a short circuit protection as well as the output current limiter for the output pin. It is selectable in 0.1V increments within a range of 1.2V to 5.0V.
The H75HXX is ultra-low quiescent current regulator features low dropout voltage and low current in the standby mode. With 1.5μA(typical) quiescent current at no load, the H75HXX is ideally suited for standby micro-control-unit systems, especially for always-on applications like E-meters, fire alarms, smoke detectors and other battery-operated systems. The H75HXX retains all of the features that are common to low dropout regulators including a low dropout PMOS pass device, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. The H75HXX has 40V maximum operating voltage limit, and -30℃ to 80℃ operating temperature range, and ±2% output voltage tolerance over the entire output current, input voltage, and temperature range. The H75HXX regulators are available in standard SOT23-3, SOT23-5, SOT89, SOT223 and DFN1*1-4 packages.
The SSP7615 is a high accuracy, low noise, high speed CMOS Linear regulator with low power consumption and low dropout voltage, which provide large output currents even when the difference of the input-output voltage is small. The devices offer a new level of cost effective performance in cellular phones, laptop and notebook computers, and other portable devices. The current limiter's fold-back circuit also operates as a short circuit protection and an output current limiter at the output pin. The SSP7615 regulators are available in standard SOT23-3, SOT23-5 and DFN1×1-4 packages. Standard products are Pb-free and Halogen-free.
