H78XX-1

The H78XX-1 series is a group of positive voltage output, three-pin regulators, that provide a high current even when the input/output voltage differential is small. Low power consumption and high accuracy is achieved through CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The H78XX-1 consists of a high-precision voltage reference, an error amplification circuit, and a current limited output driver. Transient response to load variations have improved in comparison to the existing series. SOT89- 3, SOT23-3 and SOT23-5 packages are available.

SSP6218

SSP6218 series are a highly precise, lower consumption, 3 terminal, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage. The SSP6218 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error correction circuit. The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The current limiter’s foldback circuit operates as a short circuit protection as well as the output current limiter for the output pin. Output voltages are internally by laser trimming technologies. It is selectable in 0.1V increments within a range of 1.5V to 3.6V. SSP6218 series are available in SOT-23, SOT23-3 and SOT89 packages.

The SSP8012 is a low-power dual-key touch sensor IC. The operating mode is divided into Normal mode and Low Power mode.

ULN2003

ULN2003, tek çipli entegre bir yüksek voltaj, yüksek akım Darlington tüp dizisidir, Devre yedi bağımsız Darlington tüp sürücü tek kanal içerir. Devre, röle, step motor ve diğer endüktif yükleri sürmek için kullanılabilen sürekli diyot ile tasarlanmıştır. Tek bir darlington kollektör 500mA akım çıkışı verebilir. Darlington tüpleri paralel bağlanarak daha yüksek çıkış akımı kapasitesi elde edilebilir.
