The SSP9312 is a high frequency, synchronous, rectified,step-down, switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution to achieve a 2A continuous output current over a wide input supply range, with excellent load and line regulation.The SSP9312 requires a  minimal number of readily available, external components and is available in a space saving SOT23-6 package.
The H75XX-H# series is a set of three-terminal low power high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology. They allow input voltages as high as 40V. They are available with several fixed output voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. CMOS technology ensures low voltage drop and low quiescent current. Although designed primarily as fixed voltage regulators, these devices can be used with external components to obtain variable voltages and currents.
The SSP9458 is a monolithic, step-down, switch mode converter with a built-in power MOSFET. Capable of delivering up to 600mA of output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. At light loads, the regulator operates in low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. The minimum input voltage may be as low as 4.5V and the maximum up to 60V, with even higher transient voltages. Fault condition protections include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. The SSP9458 requires a minimal number of readily-available external components. The SSP9458 is available in a SOT23-6 package.
SSP78XX is three-terminal positive regulators. One of these regulators can deliver up to 1.5A of output current. The internal limiting and thermal-shutdown features of the regulator make them essentially immune to overload. When used as a replacement for a zener diode-resistor Combination, an effective improvement in output impedance can be obtained, together with lower quiescent current.
SSP6206 series are a highly precise, lower consumption, 3 terminal, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout  voltage . The SSP6206 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error correction circuit.  The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The current limiter’s foldback circuit operates as a short circuit protection as well as the output current limiter for the output pin. Output voltages are internally by laser trimming technologies. The output voltage can be selected from 1.5V to 3.6V. SSP6206 series are available in SOT-23,SOT23-3 and SOT89 packages.
H7605 series are a highly precise, lower consumption, 3 terminal, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage. The H7605 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error correction circuit.  The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The current limiter’s fold back circuit operates as a short circuit protection as well as the output current limiter for the output pin. It is selectable in 0.1V increments within a range of 1.2V to 5.0V.
The H72XX-1 series is a group of positive voltage output, three-pin regulators, that provide a high current even when the input/output voltage differential is small. Low power consumption and high accuracy is achieved  through CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The H72XX-1 consists of a high-precision voltage reference, an error amplification circuit, and a current limited output driver. Transient response to load variations have improved in comparison to the existing series. SOT89-3,SOT23-3 and SOT23-5 packages are available.
The SSP9467 is a high frequency step-down switching regulator with integrated internal high-side, high voltage power MOSFET. It provides 3.0A output with current mode control for fast loop response and easy compensation. The wide 6V to 40V input range accommodates a variety of step-down applications, including those in automotive systems. A 110μA operational quiescent current allows use in battery-powered applications. High power conversion efficiency over a wide load range is achieved by scaling down the switching frequency at light load condition to reduce the switching and gate driving losses. The frequency foldback prevents inductor current runaway during startup and thermal shutdown provides reliable, fault tolerant operation. The SSP9467  is available  in thermally enhanced ESOIC8 package.
The SSP9452  is a monolithic, step-down, switch-mode converter with a built-in power MOSFET. It achieves a 1.0A peak-output current over a wide input supply range.Current-mode operation provides a fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The wide input range (5V to 40V) provides high efficiency output of 1.0A current. Low shutdown mode quiescent current of 2μA(or less) is suitable for battery-powered applications. High efficiency at light load condition is achieved by scaling down the switching frequency to reduce the switching and gate driving losses.The frequency folding technique helps prevent the inductance current from running out of control at startup. Hot shutdown provides reliable, fault tolerant operation.
SSP8810 is a low voltage DC motor driver chip specially designed for low voltage operating systems. 4 low resistance MOS and forward, reverse, brake and stop functions are integrated.SSP8810 built-in temperature protection function, when the output short circuit occurs, the output current instantly increases, the circuit power consumption rises sharply, the chip temperature rises sharply, when the chip temperature exceeds the maximum temperature point set by the internal temperature protection circuit, the internal circuit turns off the built-in power switch tube, cut off the load current.
