SSP97950

SSP97950 is a general LCD driver IC with 8COMx35SEG total output capacity of 280 bits, suitable for commonly used character/graphic LCD screens. SSP97950 support serial data interface(I2C).
SSP1922

SSP1922 is a high accurate time measurement (TDC) circuit. SSP1922 integrates analog comparator, analog switch, Schmidt flip-flop and other internal devices, thus greatly simplifying the peripheral circuit. At the same time, the first wave detection function is added inside, so that the anti-interference ability is greatly improved. The programmable offset range of the comparator is increased to ±35mV, the sampling accuracy can be improved.Measuring the relative pulse width of the first wave gives the user an indication of the strength of the received signal. Through this hint, we can judge the abnormal detection of ultrasonic transducer, the increase of wall covering, the presence of bubbles in water and so on. The Start-TOF-Restart command can complete a measurement of ultrasonic time difference (upstream and downstream) and data reading, so as to greatly reduce the software operation and power consumption. Compatible with TDC – GP22.
SSP1120

The SSP1120 is a precision, 16-bit, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that offers many integrated features to reduce system cost and component count in applications measuring small sensor signals.
The device can perform conversions at data rates up to 2000 samples-per-second (SPS) with single-cycle settling. At 20 SPS, the digital filter offers simultaneous 50-Hz and 60-Hz rejection for noisy industrial applications. The internal PGA offers gains up to 128 V/V. This PGA makes the SSP1120 ideally suited for applications measuring small sensor signals, such as resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), thermocouples, thermistors, and bridge sensors.
Power consumption is as low as 120 µA@3.3V when operating in duty-cycle mode with the PGA disabled.
The SSP1120 is offered in a TSSOP-16 package and is specified over a temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
78LXX

78LXX is three-terminal positive regulators. One of these regulators can deliver up to 100mA of output current. The internal limiting and thermal-shutdown features of the regulator make them essentially immune to overload. When used as are placement for a zener diode-resistor Combination, an effective improvement in output impedance can be obtained, together with lower quiescent current.
H70XXA-1

The H70XXA-1 series devices are a set of three terminal low power voltage detectors implemented in CMOS technology. Each voltage detector in the series detects a particular fixed voltage ranging from 2.2V to 7.0V. The voltage detectors consist of a high-precision and low power consumption standard voltage source as well as a comparator, hysteresis circuit, and an output driver. CMOS technology ensures low power consumption.
Although designed primarily as fixed voltage detectors, these devices can be used with external components to detect user specified threshold voltages.
