SSP7805

SSP78XX is three-terminal positive regulators. One of these regulators can deliver up to 1.5A of output current. The internal limiting and thermal-shutdown features of the regulator make them essentially immune to overload. When used as a replacement for a zener diode-resistor Combination, an effective improvement in output impedance can be obtained, together with lower quiescent current.

SSP6206

SSP6206 series are a highly precise, lower consumption, 3 terminal, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout  voltage .

The SSP6206 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error correction circuit.  The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The current limiter’s foldback circuit operates as a short circuit protection as well as the output current limiter for the output pin. Output voltages are internally by laser trimming technologies. The output voltage can be selected from 1.5V to 3.6V. SSP6206 series are available in SOT-23,SOT23-3 and SOT89 packages.

H7605

The H7605 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error correction circuit.  The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. It is selectable in 0.1V increments within a range of 1.2V to 5.0V.

SSP7615

The SSP7615 is a high accuracy, low noise, high speed CMOS Linear regulator with low power consumption and low dropout voltage, which provide large output currents even when the difference of the input-output voltage is small. The devices offer a new level of cost effective performance in cellular phones, laptop and notebook computers, and other portable devices.

The current limiter’s fold-back circuit also operates as a short circuit protection and an output current limiter at the output pin.

The SSP7615 regulators are available in standard SOT23-3, SOT23-5 and DFN1×1-4 packages. Standard products are Pb-free and Halogen-free.

LM317

The LM317 device is an adjustable three-terminal positive-voltage regulator capable of supplying more than 1.5A over an output-voltage range of 1.25V to 37V. LM317 features a very low standby current 1.5mA .LM317 is available in SOT-223, TO-252, TO263-2, TO-220 and SOT89-3 package.

H7651
