SSP78MXX

SSP78MXX is three-terminal positive regulators. One of these regulators can deliver up to 500mA of output current. The internal limiting and thermal  shutdown features of the regulator make them essentially immune to overload. When used as a replacement for a zener diode-resist or Combination, an effective improvement in output impedance can be obtained,together with lower quiescent current.

H7606

H7606 series are a highly precise, lower consumption, 3 terminal, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage.The H7606 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error correction circuit.  The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The current limiter’s fold back circuit operates as a short circuit protection as well as the output current limiter for the output pin. It is selectable in 0.1V increments within a range of 1.2V to 5.0V.

SSP3085

The SSP3085 is a half-duplex high speed transceiver for RS-485 and RS422 communication. IC contains one driver and one receiver.

The SSP3085 has a fail-safe circuit, ensure logical high level of receiver output when receiver input is open or short. It can achieve error-free data transmission of up to 500kbps.  Each driver output and receiver input is protected against ±15kV electrostatic discharge (HBM) (ESD)shocks.

The SSP3085 receiver has 1/8 unit load input impedance, allows up to 256 devices can be attached to the bus.

SSP8011

The SSP8011 is a low-power single-key touch sensor IC. The operating mode is divided into Normal mode and Low Power mode. Button mode or Switching mode output can be choosed, and the output level mode is optional.

ULN2803

ULN2803 is a single-chip integrated high voltage, high current Darlington tube array, The circuit contains eight independent Darlington tube drive single channel.  The circuit is designed with continuous diode, which can be used to drive relay, stepping motor and other inductive loads.  A single darlington collector can output 500mA current.  Higher output current capacity can be achieved by connecting darlington tubes in parallel.

SSP97950

SSP97950 is a general LCD driver IC with 8COMx35SEG total output capacity of 280 bits, suitable for commonly used character/graphic LCD screens. SSP97950 support serial data interface(I2C).

SSP1120

The SSP1120 is a precision, 16-bit, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that offers many integrated features to reduce system cost and component count in applications measuring small sensor signals.

The device can perform conversions at data rates up to 2000 samples-per-second (SPS) with single-cycle settling. At 20 SPS, the digital filter offers simultaneous 50-Hz and 60-Hz rejection for noisy industrial applications. The internal PGA offers gains up to 128 V/V. This PGA makes the SSP1120 ideally suited for applications measuring small sensor signals, such as resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), thermocouples, thermistors, and bridge sensors.

Power consumption is as low as 120 µA@3.3V when operating in duty-cycle mode with the PGA disabled.

The SSP1120 is offered in a TSSOP-16 package and is specified over a temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
