The H9108 is a high frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution to achieve a 2A continuous output current over a wide input supply range, with excellent load and line regulation. The H9108 requires a minimal number of readily available, external components and is available in a space saving SOT23-6 package .
The H9008 is a high-efficiency monolithic synchronous buck regulator using a constant frequency, current mode architecture. The device is available in an adjustable version. Supply current with no load is 40uA and drops to <1uA in shutdown. The 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range makes the H9008 ideally suited for single Li-Ion battery powered applications. 100% duty cycle provides low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable systems. PWM/PFM mode operation provides very low output ripple voltage for noise sensitive applications.Switching frequency is internally set at 1.5MHz, allowing the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors. Low output voltages are easily supported with the 0.6V feedback reference voltage. The H9008 requires a minimal number of readily available, external components and is available in a space saving SOT23-5 package.
The H7651 series is a group of positive voltage output, three-pin regulators, that provide a high current even when the input/output voltage differential is small. Low power consumption and high accuracy is achieved through CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The H7651 consists of a high-precision voltage reference, an error amplification circuit, and a current limited output driver. Transient response to load variations have improved in comparison to the existing series.

The H7211 series are highly accurate, low noise, CMOS LDO Voltage Regulators. Offering low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout and very fast turn-on times. The H7211 has excellent performance and provides ultra-low noise and very low static current for the battery supply system. H7211 shutdown mode, power consumption is less than 0.1μA, fast opening time is less than 50μs. The H7211 only needs to be configured with low ESR value ceramic capacitors, suitable for high-power applications, especially in handheld wireless equipment and RF products, which can effectively reduce the required circuit board space of the product.
The H7210 series are highly accurate, low noise, CMOS LDO Voltage Regulators. Offering low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout and very fast turn-on times, the H7210 series is ideal for today’s cutting edge mobile phone. Internally the H7210 includes a reference voltage source, error amplifiers, driver transistors, current limiters and phase compensators. The output voltage is set by current trimming. Voltages are selectable in 100mV steps within a range of 1.2V to 5.0V. When the CE input pin is low, the fast discharge channel  can  pass,a  built-in  pull-down resistor  pulls the output voltage low. Fast discharge function optional. The H7210 series is also fully compatible  with low ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing cost and improving output stability. This high level of output stability is maintained even during frequent load fluctuations, due to the excellent transient response performance and high PSRR achieved across a broad range of frequencies. The CE function allows the output of regulator to be turned off, resulting in greatly reduced power consumption.
The H75XX-1 series is a set of three-terminal low power high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology. They allow input voltages as high as 18V. They are available with several fixed output voltages ranging from 2.1V to 5.0V. CMOS technology ensures low voltage drop and low quiescent current. Although designed primarily as fixed voltage regulators, these devices can be used with external components to obtain variable voltages and currents.
The H73XX-A series is a set of three-terminal low power high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology. They allow input voltages as high as 18V. The series features extremely low quiescent current which is typically 2μA. They are available with several fixed output voltages ranging from 1.5V to 5.0V. CMOS technology ensures low voltage drop and low quiescent current. Although designed primarily as fixed voltage regulators, these devices can be used with external components to obtain variable voltages and currents.
