The SSP7785 is a high−performance linear regulator, offering a very wide operating input voltage range of up to 450 VDC, with an output current of up to 10 mA. Ideal for high input voltage applications. The SSP7785 family offers ±5% initial accuracy, extremely high−power supply rejection ratio and ultra−low quiescent current. The SSP7785 is optimized for high−voltage line and load transients, making this part ideal for harsh environment applications. The SSP7785 is offered in fixed output voltage options 2.7V,3.3V and 5.0V.
The SSP809 series are highly accurate, low power consumption voltage detectors, manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. A delay circuit is built-in to each detectors. Detect voltage is extremely accurate with minimal temperature drift. Both CMOS and N-ch open drain output configurations are available. Since the delay circuit is built-in, peripherals are unnecessary and high density mounting is possible.
ULN2803 is a single-chip integrated high voltage, high current Darlington tube array, The circuit contains eight independent Darlington tube drive single channel.  The circuit is designed with continuous diode, which can be used to drive relay, stepping motor and other inductive loads.  A single darlington collector can output 500mA current.  Higher output current capacity can be achieved by connecting darlington tubes in parallel.
The ULN2001D is high-voltage high-current Darlington transistor arrays each containing three open collector common emitter pairs. Each pair is rated at 500mA. Suppression diodes are included for inductive load driving, the inputs and outputs are pinned in opposition to simplify board layout. These devices are capable of driving a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal print-heads and high-power buffers. The ULN2001D is available in both a small outline 8-pin package (DIP8,  SOP8 ).
The SSP9810 is a high frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution to achieve a 1.2A continuous output current over a wide input supply range, with excellent load and line regulation. The SSP9810 requires a minimal number of readily available, external components and is available in a space saving SOT23-6 package.
The SSP9481 is a monolithic, step-down, switch-mode converter with a built-in power MOSFET. Current-mode operation provides a fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The wide input Voltage range (4.5V to 80V) provides high efficiency output of 1A current. Low shutdown mode quiescent current of 0.1μA is suitable for battery-powered applications. Fail-state protection includes cycle-by-cycle current-limiting protection and thermal shutdown protection.
The SSP62FJ series is a group of positive voltage output, three-pin regulators, that provide a high current even when the input/output voltage differential is small. Low power consumption and high accuracy is achieved through CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The SSP62FJ consists of a high-precision voltage reference, an error amplification circuit, and a current limited output driver. Transient response to load variations have improved in comparison to the existing series. SOT-89-3L packages is available.
The SSP9480 is a monolithic, step-down, switch-mode converter with a built-in power MOSFET. Current-mode operation provides a fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The wide input Voltage range (4.5V to 80V) provides high efficiency output of 1.2A current. Low shutdown mode quiescent current of 0.1μA is suitable for battery-powered applications. Fail-state protection includes cycle-by-cycle current-limiting protection and thermal shutdown protection.
The SSP9461 is a monolithic, step-down, switch-mode converter with a built-in power MOSFET. Current-mode operation provides a fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The wide input range(4.5V to 60V) provides high efficiency output of 1.2A current. Low shutdown mode quiescent current of 0.1μA is suitable for battery-powered applications. Fault state protection includes Cycle by Cycle OCP and thermal shutdown protection.
The SSP61C series devices are a set of three terminal low power voltage detectors implemented in CMOS technology. Each voltage detector in the series detects a particular fixed voltage ranging from 0.9V to 5.0V. The voltage detectors consist of a high-precision and low power consumption standard voltage source as well as a comparator, hysteresis circuit, and an output driver (CMOS inverter or NMOS open drain). CMOS technology ensures low power consumption. Although designed primarily as fixed voltage detectors, these devices can be used with external components to detect user specified threshold voltages.
