\u6865\u91c7\u7528\u4f4e\u5bfc\u901a\u7535\u963b\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff08RDS(ON) \u5178\u578b\u503c\u4e3a 0.15\u03a9\uff09\uff0c\u53ef\u663e\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u529f\u8017\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u80fd\u6548\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u9700\u8981\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u8fd0\u884c\u7684\u6e05\u6d01\u673a\u5668\u4eba\u6216\u9065\u63a7\u73a9\u5177\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u63a7\u5236\u754c\u9762<br \u5f15\u811a\uff09\uff0c\u7528\u6237\u53ef\u4ee5\u7cbe\u786e\u63a7\u5236\u7535\u673a\u7684\u6b63\u8f6c\u3001\u53cd\u8f6c\u3001\u5236\u52a8\u548c\u505c\u6b62\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u590d\u6742\u8fd0\u52a8\u903b\u8f91\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u667a\u80fd\u6e05\u626b\u8f66\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7 PWM \u8c03\u8282\u6e05\u626b\u8f6e\u901f\u5ea6\uff0c\u800c\u9065\u63a7\u8f66\u5219\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u5e73\u6ed1\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u5207\u6362\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u591a\u91cd\u4fdd\u62a4\u673a\u5236<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u8fc7\u6d41\u4fdd\u62a4 (<strong>OCP\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u7535\u6d41\u8d85\u8fc7 5.0A \u65f6\u81ea\u52a8\u89e6\u53d1\u4fdd\u62a4\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u82af\u7247\u635f\u574f\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u8fc7\u6e29\u4fdd\u62a4 (<strong>OTP\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u7ed3\u6e29\u8fbe\u5230 180\u00b0C \u65f6\u81ea\u52a8\u5173\u95ed\uff0c\u51b7\u5374\u5230 120\u00b0C PCB \u5e03\u5c40\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u670d\u52a1\u673a\u5668\u4eba<\/strong><br \/>\n\u5176\u5927\u7535\u6d41\u8f93\u51fa\u80fd\u529b\u53ef\u9a71\u52a8\u6e05\u6d01\u673a\u5668\u4eba\u7684\u6eda\u5237\u6216\u4f3a\u670d\u7535\u673a\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408 PWM \u5b9e\u73b0\u52a8\u6001\u8c03\u901f\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6e05\u6d01\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5de5\u4e1a\u8bbe\u5907 <\/strong><br \/>\n\u5728\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u751f\u4ea7\u7ebf\u4e2d\uff0cSSP2617 \u5236\u52a8\u6a21\u5f0f\u53ef\u5feb\u901f\u505c\u6b62\u4f20\u9001\u5e26\u7535\u673a\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u673a\u68b0\u78e8\u635f\uff0c\u800c\u5de5\u4e1a\u7ea7\u6e29\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\uff08-40\u00b0C~85\u00b0C\uff09\u53ef\u786e\u4fdd\u5728\u6076\u52a3\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>E<\/strong><strong>\u7535\u80fd\u8868<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SSP2617 \u5355\u901a\u9053 H \u6865\u9a71\u52a8\u82af\u7247\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u529f\u7387\u8f93\u51fa\u548c\u591a\u91cd\u4fdd\u62a4\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u662f\u9a71\u52a8\u78c1\u4fdd\u6301\u7ee7\u7535\u5668\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u9009\u62e9\uff0c\u53ef\u5e2e\u52a9\u7535\u8868\u884c\u4e1a\u5b9e\u73b0\u66f4\u7a33\u5b9a\u3001\u66f4\u8282\u80fd\u7684\u8fd0\u884c\u3002\u5176 3V~25V \u7684\u5bbd\u7535\u538b\u8303\u56f4\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5404\u79cd\u4eea\u8868\u7535\u6e90\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u4e09\u3001<\/strong>\u8bbe\u8ba1\u652f\u6301\uff1a\u7b80\u5316\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u52a0\u5feb\u6279\u91cf\u751f\u4ea7<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u7cbe\u7b80\u5916\u56f4\u7535\u8def\u00a0
