H75HXX

The H75HXX is ultra-low quiescent current regulator features low dropout voltage and low current in the standby mode. With 1.5μA(typical) quiescent current at no load, the H75HXX is ideally suited for standby micro-control-unit systems, especially for always-on applications like E-meters, fire alarms, smoke detectors and other battery-operated systems. The H75HXX retains all of the features that are common to low dropout regulators including a low dropout PMOS pass device, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
The H75HXX has 40V maximum operating voltage limit, and -30℃ to 80℃ operating temperature range, and ±2% output voltage tolerance over the entire output current, input voltage, and temperature range.
The H75HXX regulators are available in standard SOT23-3, SOT23-5, SOT89, SOT223 and DFN1*1-4 packages.
SSP7615

The SSP7615 is a high accuracy, low noise, high speed CMOS Linear regulator with low power consumption and low dropout voltage, which provide large output currents even when the difference of the input-output voltage is small. The devices offer a new level of cost effective performance in cellular phones, laptop and notebook computers, and other portable devices.
The current limiter’s fold-back circuit also operates as a short circuit protection and an output current limiter at the output pin.
The SSP7615 regulators are available in standard SOT23-3, SOT23-5 and DFN1×1-4 packages. Standard products are Pb-free and Halogen-free.
SSP6202

The SSP6202 series is a group of positive voltage output, three-pin regulators, that provide a high current even when the input/output voltage differential is small. Low power consumption and high accuracy is achieved through CMOS and laser trimming technologies.
The SSP6202 consists of a high-precision voltage reference, an error amplification circuit, and a current limited output driver. Transient response to load variations have improved in comparison to the existing series. SOT23-3 packages is available.
H75XX-1

The H75XX-1 series is a set of three-terminal low power high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology. They allow input voltages as high as 18V. They are available with several fixed output voltages ranging from 2.1V to 5.0V. CMOS technology ensures low voltage drop and low quiescent current. Although designed primarily as fixed voltage regulators, these devices can be used with external components to obtain variable voltages and currents.
H71XX-1

The H71XX-1 series is a set of three-terminal low power high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology.
