SSP1852

The SSP1852 is a high accuracy polyphase electrical energy measurement IC. The part specifications surpass the accuracy requirements as quoted in the IEC62053-2x standard. The only analog circuitry used in the SSP1852 is in the analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and reference circuit. All other signal processing (such as multi-plication, filtering, and summation) is carried out in the digital domain. This approach provides superior stability and accuracy over extremes in environmental conditions and over time.

The SSP1852 supplies average real power information on the low frequency outputs, F1 and F2. These logic outputs may be used to directly drive an electromechanical counter or to interface with an MCU. The CF logic output gives instanta-neous real power information. This output is intended to be used for calibration purposes.

The SSP1852 includes a power supply monitoring circuit on the VDD pin. The SSP1852 remains inactive until the supply voltage on VDD reaches 4 V. If the supply falls below 4 V, no pulses are issued on F1, F2, and CF. Internal phase matching circuitry ensures that the voltage and current channels are phase matched. An internal no load threshold ensures the part does not exhibit any creep when there is no load.

The SSP1852 is available in a 24-lead SOIC package.

SSP1220

The SSP1220 is a precision, 24-bit, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that offers many integrated features to reduce system cost and component count in applications measuring small sensor signals. The device can perform conversions at data rates up to 2000 samples-per-second (SPS) with single-cycle settling. At 20 SPS, the digital filter offers simultaneous 50-Hz and 60-Hz rejection for noisy industrial applications. The internal PGA offers gains up to 128 V/V. This PGA makes the SSP1220 ideally suited for applications measuring small sensor signals, such as resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), thermocouples, thermistors, and bridge sensors.

Power consumption is as low as 120 µA@3.3V when operating in duty cycle mode with the PGA disabled.

The SSP1220 is offered in a TSSOP-16 package and is specified over a temperature range of –40℃ to +125℃.

SSP1117

SSP1117 is a series of low dropout three-terminal regulators with a dropout of 1.3V at 1A load current. SSP1117 features a very low standby current 2mA compared to 5mA of competitor.Other than a fixed version, Vout=1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V and 5V, SSP1117 has an adjustable version, which can provide an output voltage from 1.25 to 12V with only two external resistors.

SSP1117 offers thermal shut down function, to assure the stability of chip and power system. And it uses trimming technique to guarantee output voltage accuracy within 2%. Other output voltage accuracy can be customized on demand, such as 1%.SSP1117 is available in SOT-223, TO-252 power package.

SSP9193

The SSP9193 series are highly accurate, low noise, CMOS LDO Voltage Regulators. Offering low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout and very fast turn-on times, the SSP9193 series is ideal for today’s cutting edge mobile phone. Internally the SSP9193 includes a reference voltage source, error amplifiers, driver transistors, current limiters and phase compensators. The SSP9193’s current limiters’ feedback circuit also operates as short protection for the output current limiter. The output pin sets the output voltage by current trimming. Voltages are selectable in 100mV steps within a range of 1.2V to 3.3V. The SSP9193 series is also fully compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing cost and improving output stability. This high level of output stability is maintained even during frequent load fluctuations, due to the excellent transient response performance and high PSRR achieved across a broad range of frequencies. The EN function allows the output of regulator to be turned off, resulting in greatly reduced power consumption.
