A Siproin Microelectronics Autumn Team-Building Journey
Autumn breezes bring refreshment, and osmanthus fills the air with fragrance. In this season of warmth and poetry, Siproin has once again gathered for its annual company team-building event. The theme of this year’s retreat: “Moving Forward Together, Walking Toward the Light“.
Recently, our company organized a refreshing three-day team-building retreat in “Puchu’s Hometown, Beautiful Taihu,” perfectly blending the natural scenery of the Dabie Mountains with team-building activities. The experience allowed employees to deepen friendships amid the mountains and waters while strengthening team cohesion.

Day 1
Icebreakers and Setting Off
On the afternoon of November 7 at 1:45 p.m., as the last group of colleagues arrived at Taihu South Railway Station on the high-speed rail, the Siproin team completed its assembly in this charming town in southwestern Anhui — “Puchu’s Hometown, Beautiful Taihu.” Our members then boarded a coach to the team-building site. At 3:00 p.m., the program officially kicked off: professional facilitators led icebreaker team formations, group presentations, and fun games, quickly bringing colleagues closer together in a lively atmosphere. As evening fell, the activities wrapped up, and after dinner everyone checked in at the Taihu New Century Grand Hotel to rest up for the next day’s hike.
When the facilitator announced the “3-minute team-up” challenge, the venue instantly buzzed with energy. Colleagues quickly mingled and formed alliances, breaking down barriers between regions and departments.
Each team sat together and shared stories — work buddies, regional scenery, and hiking wishes. The initial awkwardness faded as the team’s spirit began to take shape.
During the stage presentations, each team showcased its creativity, came up with catchy slogans, and highlighted members’ talents. The audience erupted in applause as everyone unleashed their energy.
Throughout the icebreaker activities, there were no hierarchies or departmental boundaries — only teammates working side by side toward a shared goal. The lighthearted interactions allowed everyone to set aside work fatigue, deepening understanding and building trust amid laughter.
Day 2
Climbing High, Seeing Far
The next morning, we set off for Tianzhu Mountain, a national AAAAA-rated scenic area. Taking the cable car up, we reached Tianzhu Peak and Liandan Lake, China’s third-highest alpine lake. Standing at the summit and strolling along the lakeshore, we were surrounded by swirling mists that felt like a fairyland. Colleagues took turns snapping shots to capture the rare beauty.
In the afternoon, we visited the cliff inscriptions of Shiniu Ancient Cave, hailed as the “Calligraphy Corridor of Anhui,” followed by a visit to Sanzu Temple to experience the solemnity and tranquility of Buddhist culture. A full day of mountain climbing not only built our physical endurance but also deepened team bonds through mutual encouragement and support.
Day 3
Lakes and Mountains
The third day brought the Taihu journey to a close with a touch of Zen-inspired natural beauty. At 8:00 a.m., the group assembled and set off for Moon Bay on Huating Lake.
Boarding a sightseeing boat onto the lake, we were greeted with crystal-clear waters, scattered islands, lush greenery along the shores, and fresh air. Some captured the scenery, others shared stories and laughter — the one-hour cruise was wonderfully relaxing and unforgettable.
Afterward, we headed to the Xifeng Cave scenic area, where the Xifeng Zen Temple nestled deep within Fenghuang Mountain blends seamlessly with the surrounding forest, exuding a tranquil Zen ambiance. Strolling through, listening to the wind in the trees and admiring the ancient architecture, the fatigue from the previous day’s hike melted away as everyone savored the peaceful moments.
The Taihu, Anhui team-building event allowed employees to enjoy stunning natural scenery while deepening understanding and trust through teamwork and mutual support on the hikes, bringing colleagues closer together. More than just a trip, the retreat strengthened team cohesion and ignited fresh enthusiasm for work, energizing everyone for the road ahead. We look forward to the next journey together!
